Annual Fund
Your Annual Fund gift provides funding to build a continuous pipeline of research that addresses the most pressing questions and priorities in interventional radiology.
Your Annual Fund gift provides funding to build a continuous pipeline of research that addresses the most pressing questions and priorities in interventional radiology—fueling the insights that inform our practice and make our field stronger and more effective.
Each year, the Annual Fund supports research award and grant recipients that foster the passion of young investigators, clinical trials and registries that address high priority topics in IR, educational programs that introduce medical students to IR research, and multidisciplinary research consensus panels and summits that discuss critical research areas.
With your gift to the Annual Fund, we can unlock the limitless potential of IR to improve lives and optimize patient care everywhere…together.

Frequently asked questions
Is my contribution tax deductible?
Yes. SIR Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the Internal Revenue Code. In accordance with IRS requirements, no goods or services are provided in exchange for your contribution. Our tax identification number is 54-1518252.
Are the recognition levels cumulative or based on one-time contributions?
Recognition levels are cumulative and reflect your total giving over time:
- Legacy level: Lifetime contributions of $100,000 or more
- Visionary level: Lifetime contributions of $50,000 or more
- Innovator level: Lifetime contributions of $25,000 or more
- Pioneer level: Annual contributions of $1,000 or more
Can I move up to a higher recognition level if I increase my contributions?
Absolutely. As your cumulative giving grows, you will be recognized at the corresponding higher level.
How does this recognition structure differ from previous versions?
Our newly enhanced Annual Fund recognition program is designed to better reflect the unique journey of every donor. Whether you're just beginning your philanthropic support or expanding your long-term legacy, each level offers meaningful opportunities for recognition, connection and engagement. Your contributions help shape the future of interventional radiology—and we’re honored to celebrate your impact.
Who can I contact to confirm my giving level and associated benefits?
For questions regarding your current giving level or the benefits associated with your support, please contact the development manager at development@sirweb.org.
Can I opt out of public recognition (e.g., name listed on the website or donor wall)?
Yes. If you prefer not to be publicly recognized, simply contact the development manager at development@sirweb.org to update your preferences.
