Physicians who are interested in conducting a research trial, registry, or other type of study, should
submit a letter of intent (LOI). The LOI should briefly describe the projects significance, proposed data outcomes and explain the investigator's intent for SIR Foundation’s role in the project, if applicable. Once submitted, the review committee will evaluate and provide their feedback. The LOI process is laid out below.
